Gregory Michail
Gregory Michail is a second generation Broker, with extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles and Orange County marketplace. Prior to becoming a full-time Broker with Sunbelt, he worked in a variety of roles at Wells Fargo, including Store Manager and Regional Private Banker, during his 11 years there. His roles always centered on understanding his clients' wants and needs and helping make them a reality. He prides himself on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that his clients receive the highest level of attention and care. He takes a sincere, consultative approach in getting to know his clients, by asking the right questions and listening intently to understand their criteria and what is most important to them. Gregory is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in Legal Studies and a Minor in Business Administration. Along with his Real Estate training, Gregory also has a decades’ worth of experience in Investments and Financial Advising, and currently holds his NASD Series 7 & Series 66 licenses. When Gregory is not busy with his clients you can find him spending time with family, doing work around the home or scouring local golf courses for his golf balls. Gregory uses effective marketing and develops customized strategies for each seller and buyer he represents, combining cutting edge technology, print media and target mailings to ensure maximum exposure that leads to their success. Gregory applies the Golden Rule philosophy to his life and clients "Do unto others as you would have them do onto you".
